Ointment

Composition:

100 g cont.: Hamamelis virginiana Ø 10.0 g. Ointment base: hydrophilic ointment (DAB 10) cont.: emulsifying cetylstearyl alcohol, ethanol, purified water, viscous paraffin, white vaseline, preserved with 14.5 Vol.-% ethanol.

Indications:

Varicose veins, cutaneous bleeding (dermatorrhagia), and mucosal bleeding.

Contraindications:

Not to be used in hypersensitivity to ingredients of the ointment base.

Side effects: None known.

Interactions with other medication: None known.

Method of application:

In general, spread over the affected parts of the skin once to twice daily.

Tube containing 50 g of ointment.
