Fever with a hot, dry skin, intense internal cold (like ice in the veins) and rigor, e.g. in the initial stage of feverish infectious diseases; angina pectoris with anxiety and feeling of annihilation (in this case the forte form should not be administered); neuralgia, inflammatory rheumatism.
